PYLON RACING SEASON 2011

This year the pylon racing will be headed up by Roger Gagnon along with Tom MacLean.

Pylon racing will begin its 2010 season on Saturday February 6th.  All pilots who wish to fly in the 2010 season should make contact with Roger Gagnon or Thomas MacLean well before the season begins.  That way we will be able to make a preliminary line up.  The new season will be run in the same manner as the previous season with only a few changes.
1)  There will no longer be a racing committee involved.
2)  The racing will stand alone without financial assistance from the AirMasters RC club. (this is not a change)
3)  All business and racing decisions will be made known in advance of any race.
4)  The first race of the year will be free for all returning racers.  All new racers will have to pay the initial $5.00 start up fee to get started.  (All returning racers have already paid this fee.)
5)  Check the website racing page for any changes that may take place between now and February 6th.
6)  There will be some adjustments made to entry fees. There will be no $5.00 entry fee assessed on a given race day if we have enough funds for fuel, monthly prizes and end of year trophies.
7)  Trophy's and plaques will be awarded at the end of the season (there will be more prize positions this season)
8)  There will be no gift certificates during and at the end of the season.
9)  Please let Roger or Tom know if you have any input.  There is a true willingness to make racing a fun and rewarding experience for all involved
